A Society insider, Nathalie hails from the tradition-rich Gütermann Dynasty - one of Europe's oldest and most affluent entrepreneurial families, whose crafts products and silk threads are household names in more than 80 countries (resulting in Nathalie being titled by Germany's media as the 'Silk Princess').
Born in New York, and raised in Switzerland and Germany, Natalie speaks several foreign languages and her network of interesting people covers the globe.
Nathalie was 17 when she was presented to a world of High Society at the 'International Debutante Ball' in New York's Waldorf Astoria. Thanks to her personal and professional background Nathalie Gütermann has met many well known personalities and celebrities. Amongst her friends you could name members of international aristocracy as well as prominent figures in the world of Culture, Art, Business and Entertainment.
After her 'Abitur' in Germany Nathalie Gütermann became a student at the exclusive Finishing School in Montreux (Switzerland) before she studied four years at the university of Fribourg (Switzerland). A graduate of Swiss School of Journalism, Nathalie started her career as a copywriter at the renowned Advertising Agency 'J. Walter Thompson' in Frankfurt. For some years, she gained experience by assisting JWT's Creative Director for Europe, writing copies for clients such as Deutsche Bank, Bacardi, Seagram, Rolex, Pepsi Cola, Wick Pharma and Warner Lambert. In her free time she worlked as a freelance journalist interviewing the Who's Who for various magazines and newspapers before she turned to television. She shot travel reports for several TV programmes (ARD/SAT1) and the Lufthansa Inflight Magazine. Her stylish looksand outgoing personality soon obtained her an important seat in Germany's leading TV-production departments.

Nathalie Gütermann is the label, setting the tone through her proven journalistic talents, her charisma and incredible personal contacts around the globe. Thus, it was only logical to name a TV show after her.
'Nathalie's Lifestyle' TV Series
In 1989 Nathalie Gütermann founded her own TV production company. In Germany, Switzerland, Austria and other German speaking territories, she became well-known with her TV-series 'Nathalie's Lifestyle' which she produced and presented over a period of 10 years in the 90s. She is also known through her international TV-Series Nathalie's Art of Living in English, distributed world-wide and broadcast in over 30 countries. Nathalie's Art Palace Hotel

TV& Media Productions
In 2008 Nathalie sold her hotel and moved to Phuket and subsequently to Bangkok. She continues to work in the hospitality industry and in TV & Media, and has recently founded her own company 'LifeStyle TV & Media Productions Co. Ltd' in Bangkok, producing and resenting lifestyle programmes and documentaries for national English speaking channels as well as for German Television and Web TV. She also writes for several hig quality, glossy publications and has her own column in premier travel magazines.

Nathalie Gütermann is also involved in charity since many years. In the past she mainly supported Germany's UNESCO-Ambassador Ute-Henriette Ohoven (UNESCO program "Education for children in Need" ), supporting needy children around the world by helping to organise charity events, such as the UNESCO Dinner Varieté or the UNESCO Gipsy Night in Geneva in 2004 and 2005.
In 2007, Nathalie presented the 7 hour UNESCO Gala in Cologne together with German actor Wayne Carpendale, welcoming international celebrities such as Don Johnson, Helen Mirren, Jessica Simpson, Jermaine Jackson and other famous people on stage.
Currently Nathalie is involved in several charity projects in Thailand which also includes the support of elderly people.
Modelling / MC
In her free time Nathalie is available on an occasional basis as a presenter (MC) or as a model for TV commercials, advertising campaigns, and companies representing lifestyle & luxury brands. She has been modelling for renowned firms such as 'Six Senses Destination Spa' (shot by a Thai production team), the E-Commerce Shop 'Thai Artisan' (shot by UK photographer Martyn Goodacre), for a black/white photo production ("Unknown Beauty I" shot by Dutch photographer Steven Willebordse) and for an art exhibition & catalogue, ("Unknown Beauty II" shot by renowned theatre photographer Boaz Zippor. Being a TV personality, Nathalie has also been featured in numerous international magazines & PR-Publications.
